Coaching & connselling on demand

This option is for clients who have a specific goal to achieve and/or a counselling topic to be worked on.

The amount of sessions needed varies per case and it can be adjusted throughout the process. 

f r e e d o m program 

This option is a standard program of 8 sessions where you will get to know yourself on a deeper level, gain clarity on where you are and on what you truly value, and you will learn how to balance the different areas of your life. 

Workshops 

This option is for clients who are interested in learning more about important pillars, attitudes and habits that support well-being and self-realization. The classes are offered to individuals or groups.
